Owen When filming in the shower, make sure camera is of a distance where water cannot reach it Low When filming in the woods there is a chance of uneven ground- equipment could be damaged. Camera and Equipment Make sure that the ground is at a level that is as even as possible Low When filming in the graveyard I need to be respectful of the graves- walking over graves to get somewhere can damage certain parts to graves Environment Make sur...

Copyright

Image
As the song I will be using is trending on certain charts, my music video will most likely be flagged for Copyright if I am not careful. Completing research into copyright and what the limitations of use are will be very beneficial for my video. To start off, I tried to find the email to the parent company 'Universal Music Group' of the label 'Interscope', this label own the rights to the song 'Wolves' by Selena Gomez. Their website stated that licensing enquiries should go through your closest office in your country. This was 'Universal Music UK'. After being directed to their website, I found a contact email for them 'contact@umusic.com'. I then began to construct an email, here it is below once I had sent it. Unfortunately, after waiting a fortnight I did not receive a reply. So I decided to take the matters into my own hands. I looked into what Youtube's policies were, they stated that no video that uses copyright material is saf...

Shot List

This is a shot list for my rough cut of 'Wolves' Selena Gomez, as you can see in the table below I have tried to group shots that are filmed in the same location together. I feel this is going to make my time management more efficient as I can film in bulk, which is something I have wished to develop, rather than one by one. Furthermore, this shot list may not be an exact representation of what shots appear in my rough cut, for example I may find during production that I want to film something else wen shooting. This means that new shots may appear, however I will try to stick to this shot list as closelyto it as I can. Shot number Shot type (use abbreviation) Angle/cam movement Description of action Sound/dialogue Location 1 Establishing shot Still Shot of under passing Sound of wind Near woods 2 Establishing shot Still Crescent mo...
